Elizabeth Baker, landlady of the Chequers Inn in Hinckley, has become the latest pub owner to be won over by HireJukebox’s tailor-made music solutions.

Reporting back on the jukebox services she’s received, Baker admitted to being sceptical about the prospect of installing a hired jukebox in her pub at first, but is now glad she finally changed her mind. Baker discloses that ‘It was actually our customers that suggested we should hire a touch screen jukebox’, explaining that, ‘To be honest, I was a little apprehensive about having a digital jukebox installed as I thought it was going to be costly.’

Her opinion was soon converted though, thanks to HireJukebox’ no-risk profit share option. She goes on to give examples of the free site survey and recommendations on where to position the jukebox speakers that the company offered. ‘I love the fact we can now control music in different areas of the pub via the volume control box situated behind the bar. The sound is unbelievable’, Baker adds.

Of course the Chequers Inn’s regulars, who had expressed their frustration with hearing the same songs repeated night after night, are delighted to see their digital jukebox music dreams become a reality. Customer satisfaction has not been the only reward though, as Baker concludes ‘Within a few days, the jukebox was installed and we were making money.’
