Having finally taken the plunge to replace The Plough Inn’s old CD jukebox with a brand new digital jukebox, pub manager Laura Harris is delighted to announce the upgrade has caused cash box levels to treble.

“The customers love it,” enthuses Harris, explaining, “Our old cd jukebox was not getting updated so we decided to change jukebox supplier. Now we have the latest music updated every week.”

Before the change to the new digital jukebox, music selection had become a major issue for both staff and customers at the Plough Inn in Hereford. With pub visitors losing interest in the limited music variety offered by the old CD jukebox, the pub’s owners had even resorted to buying extra CDs themselves to keep consumers engaged.
